The Cocktail Set is a must-have for any bartender, whether for a home bar or a professional setup. The set includes a cocktail knife and a muddler, along with a holder for their storage and transport.
All wooden materials are sourced from old whiskey barrels obtained from Kyrö Distillery Company. The knife handle, muddler, and the base are all made from oak, and some parts may exhibit the blackened, charred surface from the barrel's interior.
The cocktail knife is based on the traditional Iisakki Järvenpää Hooked Whittle Knife, but with a slightly different blade. The 2 mm stainless steel blade withstands citrus acids well. The muddler is designed to be both simple and functional, fitting comfortably in the hand even during heavy use. The oak has been seasoned with fine spirits over the years, so no additional surface treatment has been applied to the wood. The tools come with a piece of barrel stave, into which we tooled space for each tool. The entire set is kept together with a leather strap.
The knife blade features an engraved manufacturer's name, which is also burned into the base. These products have been tested by bartenders and perform well in both home and professional bars.
Please note that the products are not dishwasher safe, and unfortunately, they no longer retain the aroma from their original use.
