The Cook Boys set consists of two traditional kitchen knives. Both knives were introduced in the 1950s, featuring 1.5 mm stainless steel blades and lacquered mahogany handles. The handles are from factory stock dating back to the 1970s.
The set includes a bread knife and a butcher’s knife. The bread knife is perfect for cutting bread, buns, and other baked goods, while the butcher’s knife can also serve as a general kitchen knife. The flexible, relatively thin blade makes it excellent for separating meat from bones and trimming membranes. Though it can slice cooked roasts, the Peijaissetti is more suitable for that task.
The lacquered handles are not dishwasher safe, but the knives are otherwise very easy to care for.
