Return of a defective product
All returns must be agreed upon with the merchant in advance. The complaint period after picking up the product is 14 days. You can reach us at +358 6 434 0135. The defective product will be replaced with a new one. The merchant will not reimburse the costs incurred for the return, unless the return has first been agreed upon with the merchant. The merchant does not redeem returns sent by cash on delivery.
Shipments broken during delivery
Unfortunately, despite careful packing by the post office, the package is sometimes damaged in transit. For this reason, it is good to check the condition of the package and any damage already when picking up the shipment. If the shipment is damaged during postal transport, report the damage to your post office IMMEDIATELY. Also contact the merchant, and we will agree on the delivery of the new product.
Return of the product and cancellation of the transaction
All orders are subject to a 14-day right of return for unopened packages in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. We refund the purchase price of the product to the customer as soon as we have received and inspected the product. We do not refund the shipping and return costs of the product.
Payment methods
You can use the payment buttons of all Finnish banks. You can pay with the payment buttons of Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpanki, Osuuspanki, POP bank, Säästöpanki, S-banken and Ålandsbanken. Your account statement shows Paytrail as the payee, which forwards the payment to the online retailer. From the online store, you will be directed directly to your own bank to make the payment securely.
Credit card payments
You can pay in the online store with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard and American Express cards. The online store uses the international Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey authentication services. Paytrail appears as the payee on the card invoice and forwards the customer's payment card payment directly to the merchant. Payment by card is made using a securely protected payment form and the payment card information is not stored in the online store's systems.
Invoice and installment payment services
We use Collector and Jousto. Collector also offers an invoice and installment payment option for business customers. Please read the specific terms and conditions specific to the financing company, which you will see when you accept the payment. When you accept the payment, you also accept the finance company's terms and conditions.
Mobile payment methods
We use MobilePay, a service that requires the installation of the application on your mobile phone. By accepting the payment in the application, you can pay for online purchases either as a bank transfer from your account or as a card payment from your card.

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as the payment intermediary service provider and in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In cases of complaints, we ask that you first contact the supplier of the product.
